I'm familiar with this situation.

Trying to control an overactive appetite (sounds so much better than "How do I stop being a greedy fat bastard?") is so very difficult.

How can one socialise without eating and drinking too much?

At least socialising is a bit of an excuse, I seem to manage all too well on my own.  :-[

I'm not too bad when it's normal everyday meals. It's the extras which get me.

Pints?

Litres.

Best eaten in the bath, an espresso poured over the top and dusted with a crumbled flake. Accompanied by a decent glass of wine and a good book.

I think plain yoghurt would be best with houmus.

I reckon we should have a thread about each of the 7 Deadly Sins, but I can't be arsed to start them.
