Chainstay length calculation

47T + 17T.
50T + 18T.

How far will the wheel move forwards changing from the first to the second set-up, for a given length of chain? Is that enough info or is the existing chainstay length needed?

The only calculator I can see that does this seems to be a Windows-only download. Assistance appreciated.
