Jam Sandwich Rings.  The proper ones that you can pull apart with a twist, not the bastardised so-called Happy Faces which have the internal texture of tar.

There is something supremeley satisfying about twisting the sandwich into separate halves, scraping the buttercreme off with your lower teeth, then savorungi the sweet delight of the jammy side topped with sprinkles of sugar.  Mmmmmm.

Honorable mention for Tunnock's caramel wafer.

Seeing as I didn't read this last time (or if I did, I forgot)
Plain biscuit - butter crunch, or malted milk, depending
Chocolate biscuit - plain choc digestive
Wrapped chocolate biscuit - don't really buy them, too many layers between me and the chocolate
Savoury biscuit - used to be high bake water biscuit.  Now those ones with seeds on, with oatcakes a close 2nd
Any fool can admire a mountain.  It takes real discernment to appreciate the fens.
