Been looking for a descent frame bag to fit in the top front triangle (on a direct lateral frame) for a while, for holding electrical gadgetry whilst it is being charged from the dynohub. Finally found a close match:

Fits very nicely on both our tandems, easy access for the pilot and lighter / less clutter than full handlebar bag. Seems well made.
Only drawback is the vecro straps that hold it to the frame are way too long (and not fully covered with velcro) so I've had to wrap them around themselves a bit to take up some of the slack. Otherwise a good tandem accessory.
