More urgently, what about this week ?

I'm free! Any westerners about? Still overdue a visit to the Three Horseshoes at Duton Hill.

I could be up for that. Did I ever tell you where they got the rope for the well in their car park …

Butlins?

I can see your lines of thinking, and eventually you’d have got to the correct answer. But to cut a long story short, it’s from the Cutty Sark.

Forecast for tomorrow is a bit pants - I'd be very happy with the Butlins pub. Or the Spiritual Home, for a more central venue.

By which you mean Western Central.

I would be happy with the Alma or something fairly Eastern if anyone over this side is out.

;D Duton Hill is too North-Western for all except myself and psyclist (and of course motor-assisted Elliot too), at least in winter. Depends who else in the West-Central area is available.

Changing the subject slightly.  I'm helping Tomsk at Witham 'spoons on Saturday morning then heading to Mighty Oak for beer tasting if anyone fancies coming too.

Yes, not out tomorrow as meeting a group of Dermatologists in the evening.

Whichever venue you choose, you’ll have more fun….

So is it Butlins or somewhere else for us west/central people?

There doesn't feel like there's much traction for the Three Horseshoes. I could ride a bit further, but not as far as the north sea, if that helps tempt more out.

I can't compete there  ;D. I think I'll leave the EER to their devices and hopefully catch up with a few folk on Saturday.

I am still trying to disentangle myself from work.  It will be a an hour or two before I know either way.

It doesn't look that enticing at the moment though.

I could come out this evening but I was boosted this afternoon and feeling a little shakey.

I was boosted Friday morning, good luck with getting over the shakes, I'm sure it will all be worth it.
