sleeping at the finish
« on: 03 August, 2022, 01:58:40 pm »
Will there be facilities for a sleep at the finish, or is it control, collect stuff and leave? If arriving late on thursday night. If I don't get to Loughton station by 10:52, then I can't make it home on public transport
In the case of arriving later than this, can I sleep until the morning, or do I need to make a call and stop at great easton or even st ives control?

Excellent point, purely a safety fact as well, you will not be able to drive immediately after you finish.

Control will be open till Friday evening at least. Find a quiet corner. You could always leave a change of clothes and a sleeping bag at the start. There’s showers. I think the area used for Sat registration was given over for sleeping in 17. It’s a school gym.
