W10 moving files between users

In the Blue corner we have a W10 machine running, I suspect, an admin style account.  Tucked away on it are some photos which need to move to :

The Red corner. The same W10 machine with a different user account. This doesn't appear to have rights to go delving into the Blue Corner

Hanging around we have a 500GB external disc.

Assuming the Blue corner is an admin account, can I just drag and drop the pics to the Red corner account?  If that's not possible, presumably copying them to the external drive then swapping users and copying them back might work.

Yes  - as long as you are in the admin account - in Explorer (File Manager) go to C:\users where red and blues directories will be evident.  If you can't see both then you are not in an admin account
