He does not seem to understand that there is no war on the motorist.
He does not seem to understand that we should be investing in rail and public transport not cutting back.
He does not seem to understand that making the car carbon neutral does not reduce congestion on the roads.
He does not seem to understand that we need to helping people reduce their reliance on the car.
