Is it possible for a ride to be too long?

If Steve has a virus then please let him take care and not over do it. Happened to me one year and I could not ride for six weeks without been knackard for two days.

Tracker says 110 miles and he's near St Neotts, so I imagine he's feeling a bit better but still taking it easy.

143 according to the OYTT site, but why is the tracker distance so far short? I'm sure it used to be closer.
