Title: Bike cover repair
Post by: Palinurus on 28 July, 2019, 03:38:53 pm
I can get three or four bikes in my Asgard locker but my cut-price cargo bike (a Pashley Mailstar) and Ms P's bike (she prefers it to be easier to access than getting into the locker every time) are stored under covers. These eventually wear out in places or rip. Sometimes they get shredded in high wind.

Got some Sail Repair Tape to fix a couple of rips / worn areas in the covers- should be able to extend the life of them for a while. Holding so far. It's cheaper than replacing covers although there's way more on a reel than I'm likely to use in a short time.
