Hi
Can someone check the following web page for me please:
https://www.metabo.com/uk/en/info/news/specials/battery-redemption-offers-2021/
Its supposed to have a from on it to claim a free battery but on my PCs all I get is a white background at the bottom of the page. Tried Linux and Windows with Firefox and Edge and both the same.
I want to know if its something weird here or a general fault on the Metabo web site. Thanks.

It's displaying for me, chrome 89.0.4389.114 on Mac Big Sur 11.3 beta

Intersting. Just tried IE in a VM and I get an error where the form should be:
This page can’t be displayed
•Make sure that the web address http://web-ma.metabo.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes
Looks like an insecure form that the browsers are blocking.

It's not displaying in Safari Version 14.1

Doesnt work on an Android phone either with Chrome.

Works on Chrome Version 89.0.4389.72 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my work Win10 machine.

I think the problem is mixed http/https. Using Linux/Firefox I don't see the form, but if I use about:config and toggle security.mixed_content.block_active_content the form appears.

Bingo. Now it tries to load the form but fails with a DNS error. I think google DNS may be teh issue now.

Works fine on my iPad

And switching to Open DNS from Google fixed it.
So two part problem:
Mixed HTTP and HTTPS as Philip pointed out and then something weird with Google DNS.
Thanks all.
