Title: Lap The Lough 2016
Post by: Séamas M. on 09 March, 2016, 11:17:05 pm
Registration's (http://www.lapthelough.org/) been open for a while, but time is running out for the "early bird" pricing.

Meanwhile, I went for a wee training spin (https://www.strava.com/activities/511982639) last Sunday.

Long weekend in Cape Town! Decided I should do this one now or never, but I enjoyed it so much I think I'll be going back to do it properly. As in actually cycle further than 300km total since the 2015 Lap of the Lough!

The ride took place last Sunday, twas a glorious day.
