Nirvana:Smells Like Teen Spirit

That's easy enough to play for real, even the solo (best played with only slight note bends so it sounds slurred and flat).

"Sultans of Swing" is more in the air guitar league, since most people can't dream of playing the whole thing (although the basic "da da daaaa" riff is reasonably straightforward)
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.

I thought of that one too.

Jet "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" is another.

The opening riff from Layla.

And any dumb percussive stuff, because it's really really easy.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Lynyrd Skynyrd's Free Bird has to be one of my favourites that hasn't been mentioned yet.

But I do find that air guitar is a little difficult on the bike - especially combined with head banging; air piano is easier. Perhaps I just need to practice more.  If you see a cyclist bouncing around on the A30 towards Basingstoke, that'll be me.

Does bass guitar count?
If so I'll have Talking Heads 'I Zimbra' while I think of some more.

My cousin could put the record on, pick up his guitar and play along to everything.  Git.

I tend to "air guiter" to bass lines more than lead or rythm.

So my nominations would be:
Orion - Metallica
Tommy The Cat - Primus
I feel like Captain Kirk, on a brand new planet every day, a little like King Kong on top of the Empire State
