Drinking more tea and still trying to ease tummy discomfort.

Turussa. I feel sorry for you. 10 hours - yukk. But according to a so called friend, Toronto is worth the journey as the women are easy (they would have to be desparate to want to spend time with him, having seen pictures of his fck buddy they are especially ugly too). So perhaps there are better reasons to go to Toronto.  My experience of Toronto is it has shops that sell some amazing boots. I quite liked the place as people kept paying me compliments :)  Have fun.

Back to topic. I'm drinking tea, watching the wonder years and easing tummy discomfort with a warm wheat bag.

I've already had an interesting experience with one... I prefer a challenge though. Toronto's a nice place especially around china town and little Italy and they have a MEC shop :). Feels tiny after New York.

Sitting at the desk in the playroom, in the dark.  I lit a few candles in the living room when I got home but the rest of the house is dark and silent, just the sound of one of the dogs dreaming and moaning.  I ought to eat dinner but am not hungry, lunch might be a good idea as well.

Time to make a smoothie perhaps ???

Cosying up on the sofa after a nice long walk via the pub, where Woolly had a pint and I had a cup of tea. :)

Drinking a smoothie :) and feeling crap.  I have to go to work tomorrow as well as I have an important meeting and I don't feel that ill that I can justify calling in sick.

You took a laptop into the bog?

I feel as if the forum has been sullied.

I have gigabit ethernet in the bog, the laptop is often in there.   I do wash my hands before touching the keyboard after, ahem, using the bog paper.

Mrs rae says this is (one of) my worst habits.  She despairs when she comes home and finds the laptop, still powered up next to the trap, with an empty coffee cup on the windowsill.

oh yeah....that'd be me then.

 :hand:

for 'sunday' read 'monday' and for '5.11am' read '4.44am'

I am sooooo fed up of this.....

Trying to figure out what size ball bearings I am going to need to service the headset on a Longstaff before buying them. 5/32 or 3/16, that is the question. Taking it apart to find out is the least attractive option.
Buy both and take the wrong ones back.

I'm glad that I am not the only one who takes the laptop into the bog. Although I do wireless, not Gigabit.

Having said that I've found a 17"er to be quite difficult to handle.

It is simpler than it looks.

I am sitting watching the world go by, awaiting a delivery of Rebif (interferon).

I have been here since before 8am.

My Eee PC keeps me warm; I have a landline phone by my left foot and my mobile on a lanyard round my neck.

I have had short breaks for breakfast, a snack and the loo.

After I phoned the suppliers, they told me I should get my delivery between 1.30 and 2.30. David is out in the observatory, having been unavailable or asleep most of the time.

Sat in my jim jams and thick winter socks watching the river swell with the obscene amount of rain that insists on falling today.  Time to get the axe and chop some wood :)

Supposedly taking a week's holiday. Had hoped to for a bike ride but the view from my office window is this.

Now, I like a good splooshy ride in the rain, but that's just a bit silly. So, I'm finishing some work that I didn't get around to last week.
