Good stuff! I’m very glad to hear of your improvement, Peter.

I was diagnosed with AF last July after just feeling a little odd - which was confirmed by a pulse oxy-thingy as a fairly normal-looking strong beat interposed with flutters. A 111 call led to a hospital trip, bisoprolol, edoxaban, me all but giving up booze, losing 3 stones, and walking 10k paces every day.

My resting heart rate is now 45 or thereabouts. I put mine down to being an ultra-fit endurance cyclist, obviously.

I was prompted to find this thread because this rather useful article appeared on my news feed. I don’t normally link to the Murdoch press but this piece isn’t behind a paywall and seems important.

I found the link with pissing a lot interesting, because I do.
Bach without a doubt.
