A quick google shows this has happened a few times over the years, but I've never experienced it before. After the update to iOS14, my reminders, once past the set time, are defaulting to midnight every time. None are linked top any external account or calendar (or, indeed, internal calendar), they've all been set on the phone itself. Very irritating.
