The Royal Oak (Sparklow / Hurdlow) is excellent.

Camp site, camping barns if the weather takes a turn for the worse, good pub with excellent beer and food. Mobile phone signal present about 300 yards up the hill and there's a call box opposite the pub.

It's right next to the Tissington Trail which is also handy if you fancy a bit of off-road.

Just to add to this: the Royal Oak campsite and pub is great (the lower tier is flatter) but be warned that the showers in the ladies have been luke warm (about body temperature) both times we've stayed there. If we were to go again, I'd explicitly ask when booking if the ladies' showers are providing properly hot water. No problems at all reported with the gents' showers.
