Hi, I am up in Sheffield near Bramall Lane for a few days next week and will be taking my bike up.
Anyone recommend any 50km ish routes without excessive climbing I can take off on in the evenings?
cheers
Jim

Head off up Ecclesall Road and keep going until you've passed through Hathersage and Hope to Castleton. Turn left onto Back Street and left again to Bargate. Keep right to climb up around the quarry and over the top of the hill. Right at T and follow to a left sp Windmill. Straight on at two sets of crossroads and carry on through Foolow to Eyam. Right at T and down the hill to the A623 and then left. Follow through Stoney Middleton and Calver to Baslow. 2nd exit at the small roundabout and then 1st exit at the two big ones. Climb up to Owler Bar and then 2nd exit to descend back into Sheffield and roll along the valley. Some climbing but none of it too onerous and split up with some flatter sections between them.
