"Original' Thermarest

I have an 'original' self-inflating Thermarest but some cells have joined  together creating a large air bubble? Is there any repair that can be carried out or is this the end of its life?

I sent mine back to Thermarest in Ireland. They replaced it under their lifetime warranty policy. Look it up on the web( can't post a link as posting this using my phone)
