Quite a few YACFers have chatted with this very accommodating chap when visiting the windmill during past camping week ends. A key market for him is/was the Leics Asian community. The windmill is huge and quite intimidating once you are up the many very steep flights of stairs. If you are nearby, please say hello and put a quid in the tin as it sounds as if he is struggling a bit.
