A choice of 200k; 130k and 60k---all in stunning scenery with little traffic.
"The Clwydian" 200k; 3150m climbing is a tough Welsh Classic round Bala Lake and through forests to Ruthin. Then a hidden Valley to the seaside cafe at Pensarn before the legendary return across the Denbigh moors to Corwen. Last 20k is all down hill. (Honestly--it is!).
"The Clwyd Gate" 130k; 2200m climb ascends the Horsehoe Pass prior to picking up the Clwydian at the hidden valley. Same legendary ride back from Pensarn, but with more residual energy that the 200k riders.
"The Bala Mini-Bash" 60k; 700m climb gives a delightful, easy day out riding round the lake, with an excellent pub visit half way round at Llanuwchllyn.
Easy car parking in Corwen (if you need it) with a cafe start and finish from Yum Yums in the main square.
