BBC Radio 4 Farming Today: Dr Richard Green of Harper Adams University is looking into ways and means of processing grass (the green stuff like what's in the grarden, not wacky-backy weed) to produce edible proteins, oils, fibre, vitamins and minerals fro human consumption.
