I have raced against him in a couple of BHPC criteriums. If they were using the Glasgow city centre course today, he might not be as comfortable/ fast through tight corners as he'd like to be.
Wheel meet again, don't know where, don't know when...

There's a Sunk Island - just East of Hull, as it happens, on the way out to Spurn - which is neither an Island, nor Sunk.

But the wrong combination of high tide and high wind may well make it one or the other...
