Gear indicator for Ultegra 10 speed STI

What gear indicators are available for Ultegra 10 speed STI?

Flight Deck computer?

GPS devices?

The gear cables will be routed under the bar tape, I'm not sure where inline machanical gear indicators could be installed where they will be visable.

It looks like the Garmin Edge GPS's will only indicate gears with some Di2 electronic gears (with an EWW01 wireless unit).  I've not been able to find a Flightdeck interface unit for Garmin.

I'll do some more research on Flightdeck computers...
