Well, someone's gotta do it.

Who, who, who, tennis player, who, who, cricketer/IACGMOOH, who, jockey, who, who, who, etc?

Even B/C/D list celebs aren't what they used to be these days.

Oh well, at least I've plenty of decorating to do this autumn.

How can you not have heard of Martina Hingis or Joe Calzaghi ?  Both #1s in popular sports

They were both amazing in their chosen sports, its very odd that you have not heard of Joe Calzaghe, didn't he win BBC Sports personality of the year?

I knew who Hingis is but had to google Joe Calzaghe.

The fact that you spelt his name with an "i" indicates that perhaps he's not that well known... my favourite boxer was Muhammad Ale. :P

There are quite a few in the list I've never heard of. I'm guessing they are "actors" in some unthinkably trashy TV shows...
Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!

You must also remember that I don't watch TV, and have no interest in boxing.

I do, however, remember Hingis, now you come to mention it. So, she and Tuffers are the only ones I've heard of!

No, you're not odd, in fact I know lots of folk who don't watch TV. The sad fact is that I don't recognise only 2 of them!

I knew less than half by name alone....and presumed the others must be from Eastenders or Casualty and the reality is not far off...Eastenders, the Bill, Footballers Wives. And someone that used to be someone's wife. Great.

Tuffers or the Crimewatch guy to win....hopefully Lilia...err I mean Mr Dunwoody...will be in it to near the end.

Complete and utter waste of airtime as far as I'm concerned.

I see the beeb are doing their usual thing - treating it as "News" (FFS - it's been wheeled out year after year for seven years - hardly "news") so they can get a three minute advert on each news bulletin  ::-).

Bollocks to it, I say.

7 years? I thought it was a new series last year.

I remember the original series of Come Dancing, introduced by Peter "Get your hand off my thigh" West, which I think prompted a 4th form joke in 1968 along the lines of "What's white and sticks to the floor?"

I believe Dunwoody is about 5'9". Not exactly Robert Pershing Wadlow, but taller than many horsey racing blokes.

I don't care how tall Lilia is - she is just about the only reason I might not immediately start channel hopping if I turned the telly on and this was on  :P

Edit: Other than that other chick who generally sports a face like a smacked arse, but has great tits  ;)
