Android tablet with gps but not expensive

Any ideas what's a good budget tablet with GPS? I want my own tablet since my 7 yo  has taken over three Samsung a 10.1" tablet 2018 or 2017 model. Very slow to charge btw.

I think 10" best but perhaps 9 even 8. My ancient nexus 7 is too small.

Budget is what's needed. Prefer less than £200 by as much as you can get away with. No kindle tabs because I don't want to be tied to Amazon. Will be using local library service's borrowbox ebooks lending which isn't kindle compatible.

Anyone got recommendations? Or should I just get the Samsung a10 or Yvette 8" version?

Any views on optimum size of tablet? Mostly internet,  occasional games and some streaming. Possibly use it for touring navigation too. Or for planning routes but leaving in the van when camping. Suspect 10" is best but is there much difference between 7 and 8"? 7" feels too close to my phone. My eyesight isn't as good as it's never been. Using phone now but need bigger screen to save eye strain and easier reading.

There's a Lenovo with built in stand. Can't find out if it has gps on retail sites. Worth looking at?

I like my Huawei tablet. I have the Mediapad M5 Lite 8".
I think 8" is a good size, quite portable, and a nice size for holding in my hand. Also use it with my drone, fits fine in the controller.
Works fine, including GPS and maps, and all of the usual stuff.
Available for about £200. Or Mediapad T5 is probably better value is you want 10".
