Is anyone else noticing a distinct paucity of bumblebees this year?

I spotted one back in April, but haven't seen (or headbutted while riding my bike having failed to see) any since...

Plenty in Leicestershire although they don't seem to be nesting in the shed this year

I've had loads in my garden. The cotoneaster was a magnet to them. They're clambering inside the foxglove flowers now. (South Warwickshire)

We've had loads here. They really love some trees in particular, you can hear a massive hum from the tree, like it is coming alive.

Have seen a few but haven't seen many bees of any species.

Glad to hear it's not a nationwide thing. Maybe they drowned in their burrows here with all the rain. I've seen a few about in the garden today, but not what I would call normal numbers.
