Looking forward to seeing you all and I will be taking this route, kindly supplied by Jason. If anyone wants me to divert a little to meet them on the way then let me know and I'll be happy do that. I am aiming for an 8pm arrival.

See you all later,Nick.
P.S. I will just be bringing Kitty money if that's okay?

I'll be setting off from here around 19:00 aiming for 20:00 but my route will be more wiggly to get the distance in on the way there - welcome to tag along if you want (probably an additional 5km for you)
Regards,

Joergen

I'll be along around 20:00 - 20:30, the fairly direct laney way out through Felsted and Terling and the B roads home.

0405 for me.  I blame me old DJ mate Joergen.

We were so spoilt by Mr and Mrs Sex Whale that we sort of forgot to leave - sorry  :-[

Looking to the future...

Where are we going next week?  Actually whilst I think about it, I have a point of order to raise, as we know we are increasingly deficient on the write up front.   And there hasn't been much forward planning recently!

Anyhow, back to next week, where are we going?  I only ask because I think we should initiate Not Nik's Nik Nak Nick and we need to work out whether we will be at an establishment which serves pickled eggs or whether we need to bring our own.

The main venue is the Orange Tree.  It is possible that the EER splinter group will be at the Olde Albion in Rowhedge or similar.

I think we need to have as many people present as possible for Nearly Nick Not Nik's Nikky Nakky Nooo Nick's ceremony so perhaps we wait for a venue which works for more people.

I had a great evening - thanks to Mark for organising and thanks to the rest of you for being welcoming as always. Really enjoyed the ride home too. I think riding at night is my favourite thing to do!

Ah, you see I had to ask the same.  Just off New London Road, Chelmsford.

Regarding tomorrow evening.  I'm leaving straight after work and needing off on a secret mission, then I will make my way to the Orange Tree.  I'm planning on having a chippy tea somewhere as well.  This is the ROUTE I'm following.  If anyone fancies joining me feel free, you'll need to sign the Official Secrets Act beforehand.

Given that you’re looking for more hills to ride on fixed, why not do the full North Hill and then cut back round via Grace’s Lane?

Oh, and I think I spotted your ‘secret’!

TMNH is a hill too far for me on fixed, I purposely choose Holy Bread Lane instead.

And yeah, I've never been good with secrets  ;D

Me again, last Wednesday the video showing 'fandango's spectacular arrival for his first Wednesday evening was mentioned.  I can't find it, even in the darker recesses of the internet, can someone provide a link?
