ok, according to the school the 2 day strike is on, so Dads taxi duties are on hold this week.

Would prefer a fairly western venue as this week is mental at work and I have to be out early on Thursday but if its I'll still be out.

Anyone else about, any suggestions ?

Good news - I don't need to trek into town on Thursday due to train strikes.

Bad news - Meeting some lawyers Wednesday evening so will be leaving town late.

Suggestions were The Alma or the Feering Sun or Coggeshall.

I'm happy with all three options, but with a preference for The Sun. I'd probably be there earlier than 9pm, but I can look after myself

I at least will be leaving the usual launchpad at 19:30 to ride 23km to my 2nd least favourite pub for beer in the Mid-Essex area, can always go off-piste and consume other beverages  ::-)
