Ordered a HP laptop from John Lewis which says comes with years 365
Even went on live chat to check this, have transcript
Received said laptop and its saying that I need activation pin which I haven't got. Have spoken to two incompetent people in technical at John Lewis although suspect irs an out sourced multi company call centre. One explained how to do it but when I did was only to get 3 months extra when you purchase 365
I suspect I need to go and see them Saturday which I really don't want to but not getting anywhere. Anyone had this before and can help.
