Does anyone know how to get to someone capable of intelligent thought at e-bay.
I have a complaint - that I was induced by ebay to enter into a transaction - on the promise of a Paypal voucher off total consideration. The voucher did not work -- can I get anyone to actually read my e-mails - can i buggery - they just go into automated response.
have I got to go to the trouble of a small claims court action to actually get recompense for what in truth is a trivial sum.
