Looks lovely  :)

FWIW, we had constant rain from early morning until lunchtime yesterday, about 50mm all up   In fact -  that's about our average April rainfall

There was a good 5cm of snow in Portsmouth itself when I got up - given that most snow doesn't get past the hills just north of Portsmouth, this morning's coverage seems quite exceptional.

Of course, it's times like this that both the camera and the phone batteries need re-charging, chiz...

All thawed here (Derby) now, thank [insert deity of choice].

A few weeks ago, white stuff fell from the sky; half of it stuck (snow), half of it bounced (hail).  So was it snail?

Well, it's better than a shower of snails.  :-X

No snow here in Lancaster. :-[

The girls and I were rather looking forward to it.  Nevermind... Now bring on the summer!  8)

It is still hurling down here, but not settling - has rather put paid to the digging and planting that I was hoping to do today.  :(

Apparently it snowed here this morning.

I didn't notice as I was in a coma after a party.  ;D
It is simpler than it looks.

We did half hope to go skiing at Yad Moss, but not enough snow to open today, which saved a long journey and gave us a lie-in.

It nearly all melted here by lunchtime; our 8.15 mother-of-all-snowball-fights was worth getting up for.

Just got a snow shower while going for my forest run.  Bloody Narnia.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

My house and garden at about 09:00 this morning (Gosport is about 2 miles from Portsmouth)

We had to go down to the New Forest - took camera, but by the time we got there it was no longer worthwhile!

Most snow gone by about 12:30 and if you looked out now you would never have known it was there

It's been mental here.  From Friday evening with golden sunshine, 17 degrees, sitting on the grass in the sun with a small picnic:

to snow, zero degrees with goodness knows what windchill this morning:
