(my turbo session was somewhat more strenuous - 2 x 20mins at 280W )
I've done those at about 200W in the past. 280W is well out my league. I'm being gentle at the moment to build back up and hopefully not bugger my knee.
but as we found out, 280W at over 100kgs isnt as quick up hills as your 200W...
I did the power to weight ratio calc and based on those numbers (and conveniently ignoring bike weight), we come out about the same.
I need to lose some weight!
I felt quite pushed at the start of our hilly ride tbh, and less so towards the end. I suspect doing lots of audax has trained endurance much more than power. I'm hoping to do a bit more work on power this year.
