Okay, think I'm actually going to use Ultegra BR-R8070 Hydraulic Flat Mount Disc Brake Calipers, the BH90 hose is still the correct one, but it needs the connectors shown in this hose kit - I can find the olives and 2.1 mm bore silver inserts easy enough separately, but can't seem to find the 0 degree banjo connectors on their own anywhere - does anyone know where these can be obtained?

You also need the funny flanged bolt, which the levers don't come with. This is different to the one on the calliper end.

It's almost worth buying the pre-filled kit just to ensure you have all the bits.

Is the bolt in question the one shown in this kit here? https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brakes/shimano-smbh90-flange-connecting-bolt-unit-m9-for-str9120r9170-y8rd98010/

OK, ignore me, you only need the funny flanged bolt for the Ultegra shifters.

In which case you want the straight bolt. Read the manual, all in there.

The manual for the levers?

It’s in dealer manual 2, the manuals often cover more than one component in the set. For instance a number of hydraulic levers will have same setup and connectors and will likely be grouped in same manual.

This one? https://si.shimano.com/pdfs/dm/DM-BR0005-13-ENG.pdf

On Page 7 it shows the required Connecting Bolt, but unhelpfully doesn't give the part number

I think this might be it: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brakes/shimano-xtr-brm985-connecting-bolt-unit-y8ja98010/
