I'm heading to Edinburgh.......

Expect the worst!!!!!

16/04/10 stranded - volcanic ash, airport closed
30/11/10 stranded - snow, airport closed

Arrive 10.30am 8th Nov. Will be around 'town' until lunch then again in the evening looking for something to eat (staying o/night at the Ibis) and free again after lunch on the 9th (back home on the 17.15 flight). Anyone free?

Hopefully, better luck at getting home this time round.

It's pretty windy here today, we just cried off a climb up Cul Beag, too blustery. Warm though.

Does your travel disrupting power extend far windy? It's just that we'll be back south then...
