Using a front light while charging from battery pack...

Are there any potential issues over using a Li-ion rechargeable front bike light, while charging it with a battery pack attached, via micro USB cable (in e.g. tribag)?  I was thinking of attaching the battery pack with the light unit fully charged.  From a short test of this, the light seems to operate on full max beam, when attached to an anker power pack, and then when disconnected, lasts for the normal length of time expected for built-in battery only...

If the light lets you do it, it should be fine.  Usual disclaimer about USB connections not being deigned for the moisture and vibration-rich environment of a moving bicycle applies.

Thanks.  Probably only occasional, and employing special placky bag waterproofing measures if needed.
