Fantastic stuff that you tube.  But I am wracking my brain to find a bad Gilbert and Sullivan pun.

Chemistry and rock surely starts with <a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/G8VIXnTL6O0&rel=1" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/G8VIXnTL6O0&rel=1</a>

How The West Was Won And Where It Got Us by REM mentions 'alkaline'. They also did Electrolite, but it's spelt wrong  :(

Let Down by Radiohead contains the phrase 'chemical reaction'.

Sting wittered about carbon 14 on The Dream Of The Blue Turtles.

Amoeba Boogie - Neil Innes

You won't find anything by Osmium on Youtube, as they barely played a gig, but they were so named because they were 'the heaviest metal' ::-)

Better Living Through Chemistry is also Fatboy Slim's first album.  The Beastie Boys keep going on about science, including the track The Sounds of Science which mentions palladium - though I think that's about the club, rather than the metal.
