As suspected I'm not going to make it. Too many hours with work at the moment. I suspect the next month is going to be pretty much a no go for me during the week :-(
Well......if things keep going as they are I might have free time on my hands pretty soon.....might need someone to pay for my beers though

Are they going to try taking the entire amount from your pay packet?  ;)
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

What time are you likely to be at The Dog? I'll be on my way home from Heathrow tomorrow evening, and could pop in briefly - very briefly, as I have to get home, repack, and get back to Heathrow fairly early Thursday morning!

Probably between 9 and 9:30. It'll be good to see you and a good opportunity for Tom to sell you an ACME jersey!

Was way too early for you - went through Halstead about 8pm.  Just finished washing and re-packing. Up at 6! Tomsk, I'll PM you about a jersey sometime over the next week or two.

What a supper night to be a wheel, very warm and mild, if only that headwind had gone to bed as the stars came out it would have been perfect (my weather station recorded 24kph with 38 kph gusts ).  Bonus points for getting home before the lights went off in the street also!

Great pub choice Steve!

I can't believe you're claiming such an easy second goal!  It's almost cheating  ::-)

Marking your forward planning calendars for an amendment/addition.  The next Velodrome session offer is in :-
Thursday 5th January 2017 20:00-22:00

Usual terms, if we have more than 20 interested I'll book a 2nd instructor.

So, tomorrow this evening, The Compasses at Littlely Green?  Yes?  No?  Maybe?
No one has published a route and I'm not going to either.  Are we going for a direct raid or an OD mystery tour?
Just wondering what our ETA is for the information sake of non Witham Peloton riders  ::-)

This week forward planning offers us the opportunity, should we wish to take it, of visiting The Maltster's Arm, Heybridge.  I think some of us may have been before but I never have.

Assuming we all think this is a good plan here is A ROUTE the Witham peloton could follow.

Oh by the way, the pub website mentions a patio area to the rear but I don't know how secure bike parking might be so let's take some decent locks.

Jolly good.  I shall be astride Son of Oscar the Ribble.  Fred is morphing into a proper gravel "King of the COR" bike
