Good news...

We're all booked in at Ruby's, Tolleshunt D'Arcy, next Wednesday evening at 8pm, table for 16. If anyone else fancies coming just let me know and I'll amend the booking.

We've been before and there's bike parking in the garden out the back. If you have any allergies please make sure you let the waiting staff know.

I have a proposed Wednesday evening ROUTE TO RUBY'S for the Witham peloton. Should we set off from the Roundabout of Lost Hope at 7ish? If we get to T D'A early we can always pop into the Queen's Head for a cheeky one.

Sounds like a sensible plan - I have even looked up Ruby's (take way) menu online.

Some questions for the other Elders and the Curry Fund Manager:

1) Cash preferred?
2) Are Ruby's licensed? Nothing either way online that I can see, but the takeaway menu is soft drinks only.
3) Dress code? Christmas jumpers/yacf jerseys?

I appreciate we're still reveling in last nights shenanigans but could I put in an appeal for the SH next Wednesday so we can sample the delights of josser's marque which he tells me is a cross between a winter wonderland and a tropical oasis. I'd like to try it out ahead of Epiphany.

The Compass' website says the quiz is full. And Oaky has a leg in plaster from foot to knee, snapped Achilles tendon.
