The first computer "music" I made was with a ZX81 - not noted for its sound capabilities. However, it did have a grand total of zero shielding, so interfered with broadcast radio receivers, and by flicking in and out of fast mode rapidly enough you could generate a tone. By changing the speed of changing the computer speed and you could play a tune on all the radios within a few hundred metres
