Whats a healthy length of time to go to the gym??

Bloomin work changed my workplace...I used to cycle 32 miles daily, averaged 100 miles a week ish, weekends some long rides, did end to end stuff like that. Now can't cycle before work so started gym 3 times a week since January, I really enjoy it and my weekend long rides are somewhat easier. I do Spinning classes on Tuesday and Thursday, Wednesday I do an hour mixed exercise of rowing, weights, 3k run on treadmill. I am 55 and am a good weight, BMA for my age...Is this doing me good? excessive! how long can I keep this going!?! I am going for 200,300,400,600 this year,  PBP next year...will my regime help with this....your thoughts please.
