Firefox scroll bar

I use an HP laptop with touchscreen. The Firefox Right Hand scroll bar doesn't work when I touch the screen to drag it down. It works ok if I use the touchpad. This used to work ok but not now, I'm not sure if this happened at the latest update. If I start up Edge then the RH scroll bar works ok. It feels like it might be a settings type issue, I've looked but found nothing obvious. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorted! That was easy. I just refreshed firefox.

Well, it worked ok last night! Unfortunately last night I refreshed firefox and the RH scroll bar seemed to work ok . I had to go out just after so didn't really get a chance to use it much. Unfortunately tonight the scroll bar is not playing, as before. The only changes that I have made is set my homepage, display the Bookmarks toolbar and use the Ad blocker add-on.
