So at the moment I have a semi-dedicated package with A2Hosts, which has been great until recently where I've been hitting up against their resource limits so I need to look into the next step up.
I was just going to upgrade to their VPS/Dedicated server which would be around $120 a month all in. But then someone recommended pantheon.io which would work out around $400pm. But the latter offers free dev and staging platforms. I won't lie Pantheon looks great to me, I like its scaleable ability and how the account limits are based on page views. However the downside is they don't offer email hosting.
GA says we do on average around 450k page views a month so a fair few resources get used.
