Not really any shortage of rain coming from this direction. You might get a gap.

Reading the latest "Laundry Files" with a glass of red , while I really should be prepping for tomorrows trip to Rutland. No rain yet, but the sky is looking very dark. It's been hectic at work so I need to chill a bit.

Relaxing within tent after a fabulous hot shower. Just a 20km pootle tonight but by golly Wicklow is beautiful.

Mcshroom's gone off to wash the dishes. Excellent.

Checking my Tescos bill this morning and trying to work out how on earth I spent nearly half of the £102 I spent on cat food...... oh yeah, that's right, we feed our 5 plus half the bleeping neighbourhood cats as well.

Trying hard not to Manspread in the balcony seats at the Royal Northern College of Music. There's less legroom than a cattle class flight. A good opening from Lucy Wainwright Roche, main act is The Indigo Girls. I'm hoping they'll finish at a reasonable time, missing the last train to Liverpool would be expensive..

Sitting in a hotel room in Apsley Guise (Hush Hush Village- home of The Codebreakers (where the Codebreakers of Bletchley Park rode their cycles to to go to bed)) as I am on a Bike Fit course hosted by Trek and being taught by this guy. I am fighting off a cold so have had lots of vitamin c and have just eaten a very dirty hot curry and chilli sauce Pot Noodle so the schnozzle is leaking like a good un. I am also eyeing a small decanter of complimentary brandy and wondering if it's fabled medicinal properties would help despit the fact that I can't abide brandy
