They were made to order at the time, I'm afraid, so the only ones around are changing hands on E-Bay for vast sums (I exaggerate a little).
If there's sufficient demand I can look at the logistics of getting another batch made or seeing if one of the suppliers that will produce individual orders would take on the design. However, that's unlikely to happen before the autumn as I have too much on over the next few months.
