My Tuesday nights usually comprise a 16 mile ride to my rugby club, an hour in the gym, a few pints of Guinness with my mate, Jim, and then a 16 mile ride/wobble home.
Tomorrow, however, my training partner's injured, Jim's in hospital having his heart re-started and I fancy doing something diferent, . I've done 65 miles in a day before and I've done a non-stop 40 odd miles but I want to do the Dun Run this year and I need to up my mileage. So I'm going to try and do a non-stop 60 mile ride.
