What was the last show you went to see?

I started this because this wasn't a play, nor a gig.

Edward Scissorhands. A ballet, apparently not by Jason Bourne.

Really enjoyed this. I've only seen one Matthew Bourne show before, and was expecting the smorgasbord of action that we got. It's a show that I felt I'd have to go back to as so much was happening.

Edward was outstanding, to dance with a load of knives must be quite challenging.
It is simpler than it looks.

And, actually, strictly speaking, comedy shows aren't gigs...

So here's one from tonight.

Rob Newman. Certainly not rabble rousing. Interesting and constructed, but not engaging enough for me to stay for the 2nd half. Mind you, I didn't have a paid ticket...

It is simpler than it looks.

Gail Porter.

A trip through her life in a low key stand-up routine. Not raucous, but poignant, funny and engaging.
