[HAMR] Tommy Godwin 205 mile Challenge.

I hadn't realised that Raleigh had a formal challenge that started last January.

Steve entered it multiple times last year in an attempt to catch Raleigh's eye. He did win a monthly prize that went on spare parts for this year's attempt.

Call it OCD, but I'm not sure I approve of double counting. I may have to break out the Record Ace and do one of these.

Its a shame this hadnt come up a couple of weeks ago, because we could have organised a TRTY (Tommy Round The Year), and mebbe set an entry fee of say, £10 per month, all proceeds to Steve. It would be a simple matter for RRTYers to round up a 300km Brevet to generate a 330km gpx, i.e, 205miles.

But starting a 300km RRTY 'streak'... 200km is hard enough!

DJR (Dave Russell) now retired. Carbon Beone parts bin special retired to turbo trainer, Brompton broken, as was I, Whyte Suffolk dismantled and sold. Now have Mason Definition and Orbea M20i.

I notice a certain Balthazar Wobbly OTP logged a pair of 205's back-to-back last February. Didn't win anything mind.
