A Crazy Ivan has taken him into the centre of Bicester, although when I first switched to the tab with the Ivan-o-Matic in it he was reportedly on the Ross Ice Shelf ???

Just seen from the tracker that he passed within a few hundred yards of my place. If I wasn't working in Mallorca I'd have nipped out to show some support.

Maybe a short day, or maybe a change of clothes - we've had some torrential showers around the area this afternoon.

Well, he's been home for a while now.  Is that it for the day?  Or is he planning an evening loop?

I would suggest he could deliver them personally.  But there is already a legend dressed in red that zips around the country in December dropping off parcels.

Well, nothing on Strava, so maybe he is planning to add a few more miles.

Post on strava says "I have been getting sleepy in the early afternoon as of late, so decided to sleep in my own bed until I woke up naturally and carry on my way. Ended up having a very long sleep and feel ready for some good miles. Time will tell if it will pay off..." 130km done for the day. Hope those batteries are charged and ready to go. If Steve has got a great deal of accumulated tiredness it will take some time to work through. He has not had a good few weeks with the diet and the high winds. All I can add is

go Steve go

Indeed, good luck Steve.

There are bound to be highs and lows, just work through the lows without getting downhearted, confident in knowing that the highs will be back again soon.

Being sleepy in the afternoon can also be a symptom of not much daylight.  It was the least sunny November since records begun.
