Just got back from north of the border. We were told that the west coast can be good weather wise at April time - it was great.

We drove up from Oxon, via Harrogate on the way up, and the Lakes on the way down. The elastic 'pressure' bands worked a treat on the children from a travel sickness POV... Stayed in SYHA courtesy of Mr Tesco tokens...
